    Fixed a Java API defect in which creating a ConnectionConsumer
    on an XAConnection erroneously created a non-XA session.

    Fixed a JAVA API defect in which creating a ConnectionConsumer
    from a generic Connection object resulted in ClassCastException.

    Fixed a Java API defect in which the method
    createDurableConnectionConsumer created non-durable
    topic subscribers.

  HOTFIX-02  (Included in hotfix 5)
  * Defect ID:  1-5Q4QAT
    Fixed a Java API defect involving ssl_auth_only.  If this value
    was set in a connection factory, then Java clients did not use
    that value.

  * Defect ID:  1-61CJJV
    Fixed a Java API defect in which clients of fault-tolerant
    servers could miss messages in an XA transaction if failover
    occurred before XAend.
