*Defects addressed in this HOTFIX Release:

  HOTFIX-04
  * Defect Id:  1-6MA3V3
    Fixed a server defect in which the files meta.db or sync-msgs.db
    could grow without bound.

  * Defect Id:  1-6QTY2D
    Fixed a server defect in which abrupt server exit is
    associated with expiring messages that remain unacknowledged
    after their consumer has closed.

  * Defect Id:  1-6QVVB1
    Fixed a server memory leak associated with expiration of
    messages after a consumer has closed.

  HOTFIX-03   (included with hotfix 4)
  * Defect Id:  1-6LX7GT
    Subscribing to $sys.monitor.t.*.&lttopic> could disrupt message delivery to the &lttopic>.

  * Defect Id:  1-6KLU13
    Restarting the server, or FT activation, will now compact the meta.db file.

  * Defect Id:  1-6KCJ03
    Restarting the server, or FT activation, will now truncate the meta.db file.
