You can download this Hot Fix from the TIBCO Product Support FTP server using your eSupport username and password, at
ftp://support-ftp.tibco.com

Closed Issues in 5.1.3 Hotfix 2 (This Release)

With large number of participants and business agreements, navigation
of the administrator screens for the list of participants and for the
business agreement has become significantly unresponsive.The reason is
repeated access to the configuration store database which happens each
time the screens are refreshed.
This has been addressed with internal caching and optimization.

FTP transports over HTTP, SOCKS4, and SOCKS5 proxy servers were not working.
This has been fixed.

The user defined transactionID in the outbound EZComm Initiator Request
was not accessible in the FTP script context. The FTP script job
variable FTPClient.TRANSACTION_ID returned a machine generated unique
ID instead. This has been fixed.
