After connecting, go to /available_downloads/ActiveMatrix/BusinessWorksServiceEngine/5.6.4/hotfix-01/  to download the appropriate hotfix for your OS/platform.

When an EAR file was updated to add a new operation to a service agent
and reloaded using the 'Reload EAR' operation, the component tied to
it did not reflect the recently added operation. This had been fixed.
