Description:
The hotfix can be downloaded from the TIBCO Support ftp server, support-ftp.tibco.com. Please use your eSupport username and password to access the server. After connecting, go to /available_downloads/CollaborativeInformationManager/7.2.0/hotfix-02/  to download the hotfix.
This .tar file also has the Readme file inside. Please untar the file and look for the Readme file for Instruction on how to apply the hotfix.

The defects fixed in CIM 72.0 Hotfix 2 are:

When creating a subset rule with four expressions, a "String Index Out Of Bounds" exception was thrown. This has been fixed.

When exporting records using the Export dataDump feature, if the enterprise was of the datapool/integration hub type, a "Number Format" exception was thrown. This has been fixed.

On WAS-DB2, an import event hangs with new seed data. However, it worked fine with the migrated database (from 7.1 to 7.2). This has been fixed.

User could not switch correctly from the "create new map" to the "use existing map" checkbox on the Modify output map screen. Similarly, existing maps could not be selected correctly from the drop down list. This has been fixed.

On DB2, Add product fails when the record contains a non-English character (for example, Japanese). This has been fixed.

When importing a datasource file in which the productID was mapped to more than one attribute (@ds.ID||@ds.ext), a "Null Pointer" exception was thrown. This has been fixed.

HTML tags assigned to an attribute as value were not displayed as a hyperlink when the access mode for the attribute was VIEW. This has been fixed.

The Resource field dropdown did not show the attribute group name. This has been fixed.

On DB2, most of the 'Event State' displayed "N/A" on the Event Log screen. This has been fixed.

When you login to CIM 7.2 for the first time using a custom single sign-on code implementation, a "Page not found" error was displayed. This has been fixed.

The "show usage" link for datasources and master Catalogs did not work after the datasource or the master catalog was used in activities. This has been fixed.

The schema definition for CatalogActionHeader element in $MQ_HOME/schema/mlXML/2.6/CatalogAction.xsd was incorrect. This has been
fixed.

On DB2, asynchronous import (more than 10,000 records) failed with an exception. This has been fixed.
