TIBCO Adapter SDK 5.4.1 hotfix 9 is released for all the platforms supported by the adapter. This hotfix is cumulative of prior hot fixes for this version. While using the multi-threading synchronous RPCC service with the JMS
transport to send requests based on C++ SDK, the requests were not
sent concurrently.  
This defect has been fixed.
