Defect Id: 38924 (Parent MR 37423)

The following Oracle warning message is generated:

     ORA-30951: Element or attribute at Xpath /executionPlan/
     executionPlanHeader/warning exceeds maximum length

This is because iProcess Conductor has generated a warning message
that exceeds the length that Oracle will accept.

Corrected. The warning message is now truncated before persistence if
it exceeds the maximum length.
