* TIBCO Enterprise Message Service 4.4.1 Hotfix9 has been released.

* Closed Issues in 4.4.1-hotfix09 (this release):

  Defect ID: 1-8IK170
     Fault-tolerant Java clients hung after switching to the backup
     server, if the client received an expired message.

* This issue only occurs when the client library is trying to reconnect, and at the same time, trying to send an internal protocol message for an expired message.
