You can download this Hot Fix from the TIBCO Product Support FTP server using your eSupport username and password, at

           ftp://support-ftp.tibco.com

Once you have successfully logged into the server, you will find the hotfix packages under

           ActiveExchange/HL7-BW-Plug-in/5.1.3/hotfix-03

If a client successfully established a conncection with LLP Receiver,
when the client disconnected with the server, the "CLOSE_WAIT" state
remained on the server for a long time.

This has been fixed.
