The hotfix packages and release notes can be downloaded by following the steps below:

Go to the following folder: available_downloads/ActiveEnterprise/Adapters/Substation/2.3.0/hotfix-2/

File names:

For z/OS version 1.6 and later:
  Substation_2.3.0_hotfix_#2.xmit.zip
  Substation_2.3.0_hotfix_#2.nodfs.xmit.zip

For OS/390 version 2.10 through z/OS version 1.5:
Substation_2.3.0_hotfix_#2.s390.xmit.zip
