  * MR 36484
    If a case filter threshold has been specified, then a procedure is
    selected that contains a very large number of cases that exceeds
    the specified threshold, the following error is generated:
    "Error encountered while processing action request: Error
    encountered while processing XML data returned by the Action
    Processor".
    
    This issue appears in both the iProcess Client, as well as
    applications created with the WCC components.
