   SAL refresh one queue optimisation only works for own queue
   (sal_queue_getqueue_info32() with negative index).

   ioctl call from get_myaddress can fail on HP - causing RPC
   processes to crash.

   LDAP Search with referral to domain name returns fatal error
   MACHINE_DOWN in 10.6.0. Earlier versions would return
