  * MR 36280
    If a case is started, and the first step in the case is defined to
    display either a General Interface Form or TIBCO Form in a separate
    browser window, the application hangs. (This bug does not affect
    forms opened from a work item list -- only forms opened for the
    first step when a case is started.)
