HOTFIX-2

  * MR 34588
    Under the following circumstances, not all items in the work item
    list are visible:
     - The page size of the work item list is set to a number larger
       than the number of items that display, causing a  scroll bar to
       appear (e.g., the page size is set to 30 and the list is sized
       to only display items 1-20).
     - The scroll bar is then moved to the bottom, displaying the last
       items on the page (e.g., items 10-30 are displayed).
     - When the user clicks "Next" to go to the next page (a page that
       has fewer items that all display in the list with no scroll
       bar, e.g., 10 items), only the last 5 items are visible — the
       first 5 items are above and out of view and cannot be scrolled
       to because the scroll bar is disabled.
