  * MR 34563
    If a step is started, but the resulting work item goes directly
    into a queue before being opened, then is later opened and kept,
    the time in the AT_SW_ACTUAL_TIME attribute will be incorrect.
    (If there are no keeps done on the work item, instead it is
    released after the first open, the AT_SW_ACTUAL_TIME attribute
    is correct.)

    TIBCO iProcess Analytics Export needs to be changed so that
    the time in the AT_SW_ACTUAL_TIME attribute is only the time
    the work item was actually open by a user. Then a new attribute
    needs to be created that will include the time between when the
    step was started and the first open.
    
    Corrected. The AT_SW_ACTUAL_TIME attribute now contains only
    the amount of time the work item was actually open by a user.
    The following new attribute has also been added:
    
     - AT_SW_FIRST_OPEN_TIME - This attribute will contain the
       number of seconds between when the step is started and
       the first open.
