When the patch 5903765 was applied for Oracle 11.5.10.2 and above, an
Oracle error occurred during the initialization of the Open Item
transaction for multi-organization setup.
This has been fixed.  

This HotFix can be downloaded from the TIBCO Product Support ftp server, ftp://support-ftp.tibco.com/, using your username and password for the TIBCO Support Web.
Once logged on you can find the HotFix under: ftp://support-ftp.tibco.com/ActiveEnterprise/Adapters/Oracle-Apps/5.3.2/hotfix-2/.
