Defect Id: MR 32926
The PROCMGR (sentinel) process can crash after a WIS process is
killed or crashes.
Defect Id: MR 32764
When a deadline for a workitem expires and the case is suspended,
the suspended workitem is not removed from the queue when the case
is unsuspended.
Defect Id: MR 32668 (Parent MR 32640)
A Security Error: Unknown error. Please contact your system
administrator message is received when trying to change passwords
using the iProcess Administrator.
Defect ID: MR 32660
If a WIS process is killed that has a client connected to it,
when the sentinels restart they sometimes cannot reget the port
previously being used as it is in a timed-wait state.
