Description:
The hotfix can be downloaded from the TIBCO Support ftp server, support-ftp.tibco.com. Please use your eSupport username and password to access the server. After connecting, go to /available_downloads/CollaborativeInformationManager/7.2.0/hotfix-03/  to download the hotfix.
This .tar file also has the Readme file inside. Please untar the file and look for the Readme file for Instruction on how to apply the hotfix.

The defects fixed in CIM 72.0 Hotfix 3 are:

On DB2, when a record query web service request was made with a custom output map specified in the Return element, the following SQL error was displayed. This has been fixed.

SQL-8202: Failed while executing SQL statement. SQL state 42703.
Database specific error code (if any) was -206. Database error message (if any) was: com.ibm.db2.jcc.a.SqlException: DB2 SQL
error: SQLCODE: -206, SQLSTATE: 42703, SQLERRMC: CGTIN.

On DB2, when the softlink constraint was used, an incorrect SQL query was generated and the following error was displayed. This has been fixed.

"SQL-8201: Database error. SQL state 42601. Database specific error code (if any) was -104. Database error message (if any) was:
com.ibm.db2.jcc.a.SqlException: DB2 SQL error: SQLCODE: -104, SQLSTATE: 42601"

The WORKITEM/ACTIVITY_NAME context variable did not return the expected value when used in the context of a workitem. This has been fixed.

Access constraints in a rulebase did not work as expected in the context of a workitem. This has been fixed.

When using the PREVIOUS_CONFIRMED_VERSION context variable or the CONFIRMED shortcut, an "Invalid column name" error was displayed. This has been fixed.

Globalization: The Create Relationships tab did not work on a German Windows 2003 Server with Internet Explorer 7. This has been fixed.

Localization: In the com.martquest.props.gdsn.UserText.properties and com.martquest.props.mdm.UserText.properties files, entries for codes
SVC-11044 and SVC-11043 did not have a > symbol at the end. Similarly, in the com.martquest.props.mdm.UserText.properties file, the entry for
code CAT-1270 did not have a > symbol at the end. This has been fixed.

Localization: The CIM 7.2.0_hotfix1 entries did not have a . as the filler. This has been fixed.

The WORKITEM/ACTIVITY_NAME context variable does not return expected value. This has been fixed.

EvaluateRulebase logs were not logged in the workflow trace file unless a RecordList was passed to the EvaluateRuleBase activity.
This has been fixed.

While viewing a relationship type, the value of the SHORTDESC attribute of child records was not shown. This has been fixed.

Localization: The following separate entries were concatenated to make a complete sentence.

  neutralized_marketplace_5= Datapool
  MarketList_17=created.
MDM:
  MarketList_16 = No
  neutralized_marketplace_5= Integration Hub
  MarketList_17=created.

This has been fixed. The above entries have been replaced by the following entries to ensure language pack compatibility.

  MarketList_neutralized_marketplace = No Datapool created.
MDM:
  MarketList_neutralized_marketplace = No Integration Hub Created.
