Closed Issues in hotfix tib_amx_rp_020200_hotfix01 (This Release)

1-9LT4LN: The SOAPAction message header is now handled correctly regardless of
the case of the header.

1-9NX8BR: Robust-InOnly: In Soap/JMS-Java scenario messages now are added to
the error queue when a provider is not available.

1-9OB7RX: When SOAP/JMS is used as the transport for a service the runtime
service probe now emits a valid value for message sizes and the Administrator M&M
screen reports correct message sizes.

1-9P6QYL: A WS-RM service no longer throws an exception when the service is
undeployed and redeployed without any changes.
