Closed Issues in 10.6.0-Hotfix01

Default ID: MR 35059 (Parent MR 31998)

   The inbound runloop-1 in Web Services stops when it encounters an
   error and no more requests are processed.

   Corrected. The code has been altered to recreate the JMS
   msgProducer each time an Inbound message is received.  This fixes
   a handle leak which causes WebSphere to throw a MQJMS2007 error
   message after 256 messages are sent.
  
   Retry logic has also been implemented to ensure the runloop-1
   process continues after an error to allow further requests to be
   processed.
