SFBW-1388
Upon restarting a BW stack with archive instances deployed, some of the archive instances are
renamed to Z8Y2<archive_instance_name> and are not able to get to running state.
If, after the successful restart of the stack, some instances are in stopped state instead of running,
increase the value of the runtime variable TIMEOUT_PER_AGENT (default is 120000 milliseconds). This will allow the
enabler to wait for all hawk agents to be alive so that the redeployment is done successfully.
