TIBCO Foresight Code Table, version 8.6.0, hotfix 8.6.0.2, September 19, 2016

We are pleased to notify you of updates to the TIBCO Foresight HIPAA Code Tables.  The TIBCO Foresight HIPAA
Code Tables are used for validation of Healthcare transactions only. These tables do not affect Non-Healthcare
or Global Markets customers.

 ATTENTION: This Code Table file is valid for Instream and HIPAA Validator Desktop versions 8.4.0 and newer.
If your Instream / Desktop software is older than version 8.4.0, DO NOT INSTALL THIS UPDATE. You will
need to upgrade your validation software before installing this code table file.  For a list of the changes that have
been made for this release, please review the HIPAACodeTableChanges_8.6.0.2.txt file. For those code sets
requiring Foresight to have a licensing agreement with the vendor, we are unable to list the specific codes that
changed in this text file. These changes will be included in the next Instream / Desktop release.

Downloading Updates

Updates can be found on the support.tibco.com home page. Once you have signed in, click on the Hotfixes
drop-down, (top right-hand side), select Hotfixes.
Once on the Available Hotfixes screen, navigate to:  AvailableDownloads/Foresight/HIPAA_Code_Tables.
