You can download this Hotfix from TIBCO Support Portal (https://support.tibco.com).  You will need to provide your TIBCO Support Portal credentials.  Once logged in you can download the hotfix by selecting the “Downloads” -> “Hotfixes” option, then go to /AvailableDownloads/BusinessEvents/Standard/5.3.0/hotfix-02 to download the Hotfix.

In WebStudio, the dropdowns in rule template views disappeared after closing and 
reopening the rule template view.

BE-24364
In TIBCO BusinessEvents Enterprise Administration agent, the Kill button for the 
instance was not working in certain conditions.

BE-24333
An exception was encountered when an event was loaded at the same time the event 
TTL was achieved.
This was fixed by adding a new CDD property be.engine.cluster.event.expiry.lock. 
Set this property to "true" to enable the cluster-level lock on event extID for 
the event expiry thread.

BE-24329
In TIBCO BusinessEvents Enterprise Administration Agent, the incorrect status 
was displayed for instances in certain conditions.

In TIBCO BusinessEvents Enterprise Administration Agent, all the permissions, 
set for a custom user role, were removed after the restarting the BusinessEvents 
Enterprise Administration agent.
This was fixed. Now before creating any user, role, or permission, you need to 
first unregister the previous releases/hotfix's registered BusinessEvents 
Enterprise Administration Agent. Next, register the BusinessEvents Enterprise 
Administration Agent supplied with this hotfix. Then you can create custom user, 
role, or permission, which are not lost after the agent restart.

BE-24256
The database transactions were committed when Database.closeQuery() function was executed and Database.rollback() function was not working. 
This was fixed by adding a new CDD property 
be.dbconcepts.cursor.closeQuery.closeConnection. Set this property to "false" to prevent autocommit.

BE-24237
In TIBCO BusinessEvents Enterprise Administration Agent, the UPDATE_DEPLOYMENT_PERMISSION permission for the user role was not working for certain conditions.
This was fixed. Now before creating any user, role, or permission, you need to first unregister the previous releases/hotfix's registered BusinessEvents Enterprise Administration Agent. Next, register the BusinessEvents Enterprise Administration Agent supplied with this hotfix. Then you can create custom user, role, or permission, which are not lost after the agent restart.
