Fixes an issue where Grid Library removal was not reflected on the Broker and
required a Broker restart.

SF-9958 (customer reported as SR 01244921 and 01246359)
Fixes an issue where EMS_URL was exported incorrectly with TIBCO EMS Server
container version 1.1.0.4

1] Login to SFDC Customer Portal Web UI using your Support CRM  credentials to access SFDC Customer Portal Web UI.
2] Navigate to Customer Portal Home, Click on the 'Downloads' drop down menu. Select Hotfixes
3] The Hotfix is stored under Available Downloads/Silver/Fabric/5.7.1
