As part of this ongoing transformation, we are announcing the retirement of the above-listed TIBCO Cloud products. This strategic shift allows us to invest in and further develop our cutting-edge solutions, ensuring our customers have access to the best possible tools for their integration and data management needs.

We encourage you to contact your TIBCO account representative to learn more  about the alternative strategies that may be available and applicable to you:

• To continue to use Scribe functionality, you will need to license these new SKU(s) by the end of your subscription term or the above retirement date, whichever is earlier. No data migration is required.

• For alternatives for functionality other than Scribe in the TIBCO Cloud Integration plan (including on-premise integration software or cloud capabilities), or for alternatives for the cloud capabilities in TIBCO Cloud Messaging or TIBCO Cloud Passport, please contact your TIBCO representative 

Support services for the above-retiring product(s) will continue in full force and effect according to the terms of your agreement with TIBCO until the above retirement date or termination of any such maintenance services under the terms of your applicable agreement with TIBCO, whichever is earlier.

Customer data for the above-retiring product(s) will be permanently deleted from our systems after the earlier of:

A) the product’s retirement date, or

B) the expiration date of your current subscription agreement.

If you wish to retain your data, you must submit a request to our TIBCO Support team at (https://support.tibco.com/) no later than 30 days before the above retirement date or termination of any such maintenance services under the terms of your applicable agreement with TIBCO, whichever is earlier.
