On June 22, 2025, TIBCO is officially ending support for release 14.0.X of the TIBCO Statistica product family. This includes the following products:

• TIBCO® Data Science - Workbench
• TIBCO® Data Science - Author 
• TIBCO® Data Science - Operations
• TIBCO® Data Science for Life Science - Author 
• TIBCO® Data Science for Life Science - Operations
• TIBCO Statistica® Ultimate Academic
• TIBCO Statistica® Basic Academic
• TIBCO Statistica® Desktop
• TIBCO Statistica® Analyst
• TIBCO Statistica® Comprehensive
• TIBCO Statistica® Modeler
• TIBCO Statistica® Data Scientist
• TIBCO Statistica® Data Entry Server
• TIBCO Statistica® Server
• TIBCO Statistica® Live Score Server
• TIBCO Statistica® Monitoring & Alerting Server

This action will take effect on June 22, 2025. The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you upgrade, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (https://edelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.

Till June 22, 2025, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements, fixes, and service pack releases will not be provided.

Cases on the releases being retired will no longer be accepted after June 22, 2025. Cases under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, June 22, 2025.

TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Portal (https://support.tibco.com) to all customers beyond the retirement date.
