TIBCO is officially ending support for releases 4.3.0 and 4.3.1 of TIBCO BPM Enterprise (formerly TIBCO ActiveMatrix® BPM)

Support for versions of TIBCO Business Studio™ – BPM Edition (version 4.3.0, 4.3.1) included with these versions of BPM Enterprise will also end when used with BPM Enterprise.

This action will take effect on December 31, 2025. The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (eDelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade. Releases 4.3.2 and 4.3.3 of TIBCO BPM Enterprise (formerly TIBCO ActiveMatrix® BPM) have no end-of-support date.

Until the retirement date, Support will answer product questions, however, product updates (including security updates) will not be provided.

Support Cases on versions 4.3.0 and 4.3.1 will no longer be accepted after December 31, 2025. Support Cases under investigation for these releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, December 31, 2025. TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles and available hot fixes will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Customer Portal Web UI beyond the retirement date.
