Description

TIBCO is officially ending support for release 5.2.0, 5.2.1 and 5.2.2 versions of TIBCO BPM Enterprise

Support for versions of TIBCO Business Studio™ – BPM Edition (versions 5.2.0 and 5.2.1) included with this version of BPM Enterprise will also end when used with BPM Enterprise.

This action will take effect on June 3, 2025. The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (eDelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.

During the next 12 months Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided.

Support Cases on version 5.2.0, 5.2.1 and 5.2.2 will no longer be accepted after June 3, 2025. Support Cases under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, June 3, 2025. TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles and available hotfixes will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Customer Portal Web UI beyond the retirement date.
