TIBCO is officially ending support for releases 6.2.0 and 6.2.1 of TIBCO BusinessEvents Enterprise Edition , this action will take effect on October 31st, 2024 (10/31/2024).
This notification serves as an official communication of this policy. We request our customers using 6.2.0 and 6.2.1 versions to upgrade as soon as possible to a supported release of the product.  Please consider the most recent release on TIBCO Product Download Site (https://eDelivery.tibco.com) when planning your upgrade.

During the next 12 months starting from November 1st, 2023 (11/01/2023) TIBCO's product support team will continue to answer product questions on TIBCO BusinessEvents Enterprise Edition 6.2.0 and 6.2.1 versions, but we will not issue hotfixes to address any defects or enhancements.

After our retirement date of October 31st, 2024 (10/31/2024) we will only accept cases on versions 6.2.0 and 6.2.1 of TIBCO BusinessEvents Enterprise Edition if customers are entitled to extended support. Without extended support, active cases under investigation for the releases being retired will also be closed per the retirement date, October 31st, 2024 (10/31/2024). Further details on our extended support policy are available here and end of support information for TIBCO product versions is also available via our portal - https://support.tibco.com/s/end-of-support.

TIBCO Support Knowledge Base and all hotfixes on the versions we are retiring will continue to be available on our support portal (https://support.tibco.com) beyond the retirement date. We encourage you to contact TIBCO Support or your TIBCO Account Executive with any questions on this notice.

Note: TIBCO BusinessEvents Enterprise Edition version 6.2.2 is not part of this retirement notice.
