TIBCO is officially ending support for release 6.0.0 of TIBCO BusinessEvents Enterprise Edition and TIBCO BusinessEvents Process Orchestration, this action will take effect on August 31st, 2023 (08/31/2023). This notification serves as an official communication of this policy. We request our customers to upgrade as soon as possible to a supported release of the product. Please consider the most recent release on TIBCO Product Download Site (eDelivery.tibco.com) when planning your upgrade. During the next 12 months starting from September 1st, 2022 (09/01/2022) TIBCO's product support team will continue to answer product questions on TIBCO BusinessEvents 6.0.0 version, but we will not issue hotfixes to address any defects or enhancements.
After August 31, 2023 (08/31/2023) we will stop accepting cases on version 6.0.0 of TIBCO BusinessEvents Enterprise Edition and TIBCO BusinessEvents Process Orchestration. Any cases under investigation for the release being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, August 31, 2023 (08/31/2023). Our TIBCO Support Knowledge Base and all hotfixes on the version we are retiring will continue to be available on our support portal (support.tibco.com) beyond the retirement date. We encourage you to contact TIBCO Support or your TIBCO Account Executive with any questions you may have about this notice and to find out about our extended support options or migration strategies.
