Updated Support Policy for TIBCO® Streaming 10.6 and TIBCO Spotfire® Data Streams 10.6 

TIBCO is officially ending support for release 10.6 and all prior releases of TIBCO® Streaming and TIBCO Spotfire® Data Streams. The 10.6 release is a Long Term Support (LTS) release and this is a notice of the upcoming Support service changes relating to this release. This notice does not apply to all versions of the TIBCO StreamBase® and TIBCO® Live Datamart product lines or any currently permitted uses of those versions.

This action will take effect on June 30, 2025. The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. As of version 11.0 TIBCO Spotfire® Data Streams has been rebranded to TIBCO® Data Streams.

Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (http://edelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade. From June 30, 2023, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided.

Service Requests for release 10.6, and all prior releases will no longer be accepted after June 30, 2025. Service Requests under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, June 30, 2025. TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support website and existing hot fixes will continue to be available from the product Support team to all customers beyond the retirement date.
