TIBCO is officially ending support for the release 3.0.0, 3.0.1, 3.0.2, 3.1.1, 3.1.2, and 3.1.3 of TIBCO ActiveMatrix (R) Service Grid and TIBCO ActiveMatrix (R) Service Bus. This action will take effect on Oct 31, 2015.  The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (http://edelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.

During the next 12 months, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided.

Service Requests on 3.0.0, 3.0.1, 3.0.2, 3.1.1, 3.1.2, and 3.1.3 will no longer be accepted after Oct 31, 2015. Service Requests under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, Oct 31, 2015. 

TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Web and existing hot fixes will continue to be available from the TIBCO Product Support ftp server to all customers beyond the retirement date.
