TIBCO is officially ending support for release 2.1.0, 2.2.0, 2.2.1 and 2.2.2 of TIBCO ActiveMatrix (R) Service Grid and TIBCO ActiveMatrix (R) Service Bus. This action will take effect on March 31st, 2016. The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (http://download.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.
During the next 12 months, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided.
Service Requests on 2.1.0, 2.2.0, 2.2.1 and 2.2.2 versions will no longer be accepted after March 31st, 2016. Service Requests under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, March 31st, 2016.
TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Web and existing hot fixes will continue to be available from the TIBCO Product Support ftp server to all customers beyond the retirement date.
