Description
TIBCO is officially ending support for release 6.0.x and earlier of TIBCO BusinessConnect™️ cXML Protocol. This action will take effect on June 30, 2022. Although 6.0.x and earlier versions of this product are already obsolete per our standard support policy, the purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (http://eDelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.
During the next twelve (12) months, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided.
Service Requests on TIBCO BusinessConnect™️ 6.0.x will no longer be accepted after June 30, 2022 Service Requests under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, June 30, 2022. TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Web and existing hot fixes will continue to be available from the TIBCO Product Support ftp server to all customers beyond the retirement date.
