TIBCO is officially ending support for release 7.6 of TIBCO StreamBase®. This action will take effect on May 31, 2019 for StreamBase 7.6. From this notice to the retirement date Support will answer product questions, but new enhancements, hot-fixes, and service pack releases will not be provided without a business exception.

The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a fully supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (https://edelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.

After May 31, 2019 no service requests will be accepted for 7.6 and any prior releases. TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles for these products will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support website (https://support.tibco.com).

Extended Support is not offered.
