TIBCO is officially ending support for release 13.4.x of TIBCO Statistica product family. This includes the following products:

• TIBCO Statistica Server

• TIBCO Statistica Enterprise

• TIBCO Statistica Pharma

• TIBCO Statistica Product Traceability 

• TIBCO Statistica Professional

• TIBCO Statistica Stability Analysis

• TIBCO Statistica Basic Academic

• TIBCO Statistica Data Entry server

• TIBCO Statistica Documentation Management System Software

This action will take effect on May 31, 2021. The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you upgrade, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (https://edelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.

Till May 31, 2021, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided.

Cases on the releases being retired will no longer be accepted after May 31, 2021. Cases under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, May 31, 2021.

TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Portal (https://support.tibco.com) to all customers beyond the retirement date.
