TIBCO is officially ending support for release 4.2.0 of TIBCO ActiveMatrix® BPM.

Support for versions of TIBCO Business Studio™ – BPM Edition (version 4.2.0) included with this version of ActiveMatrix® BPM will also end when used with ActiveMatrix BPM.

This action will take effect on December 31, 2021. The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (eDelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade. Release 4.3.0 of TIBCO ActiveMatrix® BPM has no end-of-support date.

During the next 18 months Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided.

Support Cases on version 4.2.0 will no longer be accepted after December 31, 2021. Support Cases under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, December 30, 2021. TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles and available hot fixes will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Customer Portal Web UI beyond the retirement date.
