TIBCO hereby announces the End-of-Sale and End-of-Life for TIBCO LogLogic® H4R2 Appliances as of 11:59 pm Pacific Time on the specified dates. The set of equipment SKU’s for which this announcement applies is also listed below.
 

• June 30, 2020 - End of Sale Date. The last date TIBCO will sell any additional appliances.
• January 31, 2023 - End of Life Date. The last date TIBCO will provide maintenance services for such equipment, including maintenance services for the equipment software.

Affected Equipment SKUs

• TIBCO LogLogic LX1025R1 Appliance 
• TIBCO LogLogic ST4025R1 Appliance
• TIBCO LogLogic ST2025-SANR1 Appliance 
• TIBCO LogLogic LX4025R1 Appliance

Maintenance services for the equipment listed will continue in full force and effect according to the terms of your agreement with TIBCO until the earlier of the retirement date or termination of any such maintenance services under the terms of your applicable agreement with TIBCO.

During the retirement phase, TIBCO Support will continue to service this equipment as explained in customer maintenance agreements.
