This notice does not announce the retirement of the following TIBCO product(s), and does not affect the maintenance services for such product(s):
April 30, 2019
TIBCO hereby announces that it will retire the following product(s), and cease providing maintenance for the product(s), as of 11:59 pm Pacific Time on October 31, 2020:
• TIBCO Process Engine - previously known as TIBCO Staffware Process Engine
• TIBCO Process Modeler - previously known as TIBCO Staffware Process Modeler
• TIBCO Process Client (Windows) – previously known as TIBCO Staffware Process Client (Windows)
• TIBCO Process SAL SDK – previously known as TIBCO Staffware Process SAL SDK
Maintenance services for the product(s) will continue in full force and effect according to the terms of your agreement with TIBCO until the earlier of the retirement date or termination of any such maintenance services under the terms of your applicable agreement with TIBCO.
During the retirement phase, TIBCO Support will continue to service this product as explained in customer maintenance agreements. However, enhancements will no longer be made to the products.
We encourage you to contact your TIBCO Account Executive with any questions you may have about this notice and to find out about alternative support options or migration strategies, which may be available and applicable to you.
