Support Policy for TIBCO StreamBase® 10.2 and TIBCO® Live Datamart 10.2

TIBCO is officially ending support for release 10.2 of TIBCO StreamBase® (SB) and TIBCO® Live Datamart 10.2 (LDM). This action will take effect on July 31, 2019.  The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (http://edelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade. During the next 12 months, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided.

Service Requests on 10.2 will no longer be accepted after July 31, 2019. Service Requests under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, July 31, 2019. Available hot fixes and knowledge base articles will continue to be available to all customers with product maintenance beyond the retirement date.

Extended Support is not available.
