TIBCO is officially ending support for release 6.5.x and prior versions of the TIBCO Spotfire product family. This includes the following products:

    TIBCO Spotfire Automation Services
    TIBCO Spotfire Analyst
    TIBCO Spotfire Desktop
    TIBCO Spotfire Business Author
    TIBCO Spotfire Consumer
    TIBCO Spotfire Server
    TIBCO Spotfire Qualification
    TIBCO Spotfire Statistics Services Software

This also includes release 3.0.x and prior versions of the following product:

    TIBCO Enterprise Runtime for R

This action will take effect on March 31, 2017. The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you upgrade, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (https://edelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.

During the next 12 months, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided.

Cases on the releases being retired will no longer be accepted after March 31, 2017. Cases under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, March 31, 2017.

TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Portal (https://support.tibco.com), where hot fixes will also continue to be available to all customers beyond the retirement date.
