TIBCO is officially ending support for release 5.10 of TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks. This action will take effect on March 31, 2017 and will apply to BusinessWorks components including:

* TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks Service Engine 5.10

The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Software Product eDelivery Site (https://edelivery.tibco.com/) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.

During the next 12 months, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided. Service Requests on 5.10 will no longer be accepted after March 31, 2017.

TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Web and available hot fixes will continue to be available from the TIBCO Product Support ftp server to all customers beyond the retirement date.
