TIBCO is officially ending support for release 4.0x of TIBCO ActiveMatrix Lifecycle Governance Framework and any prior releases.
This action will take effect on December 31st 2015.

The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release
of the product. Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (http://download.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.
Service Requests on 4.0x and prior releases will no longer be accepted after December 31st 2015. Service Requests under investigation for
the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, 31st Dec 2015. TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be
available from the TIBCO Support Web and available hot fixes will continue to be available from the TIBCO Product Support ftp server to all
customers beyond the retirement date.
