TIBCO is officially ending support for release 11.3.x of TIBCO iProcess Engine, TIBCO iProcess Developer and TIBCO iProcess Workspace.

This action will take effect on December 31, 2016, the purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that
you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Product eDelivery Site
(eDelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.

During the next 18 months, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided.

Service Requests on version 11.3.x will no longer be accepted after December 31, 2016. Service Requests under investigation for the
releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, December 31, 2016. TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will
continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Web and available hot fixes will continue to be available from the TIBCO Product
Support ftp server to all customers beyond the retirement date.

          For inquiries regarding purchasing Extended Support for TIBCO iProcess Engine, TIBCO iProcess Developer and TIBCO iProcess 11.3.1
          releases, please contact your TIBCO Account Representative or TIBCO Renewals (renewals@tibco.com).
