TIBCO is officially ending support for release 3.4.x and older of TIBCO Kabira KPSA - Broadband and TIBCO Kabira KPSA - Mobile. This action will take effect on December 31st,  2013.  Although the 3.4.x and older versions of those products are already officially obsolete per our standard support policy, the purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product.

During the period till December 31st, 2013, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided. Defect corrections will be considered for critical defects with no workarounds.  

Service Requests on 3.4.x and older versions will no longer be accepted after December 31st, 2013.

If you have non-standard terms where this product should still be supported, please discuss these circumstances with your TIBCO Account Executive.
