TIBCO is officially ending support for releases 1.0.x and 1.1.x of TIBCO ActiveMatrix BPM.

Support for versions of TIBCO Business Studio – BPM Edition (versions 3.4.1 – 3.5.1) included with these versions of ActiveMatrix BPM will also end when used with ActiveMatrix BPM. This notice does not affect these versions of TIBCO Business Studio – BPM Edition when used as part of TIBCO iProcess Developer.

This action will take effect on April 30, 2014. The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (http://download.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.

During the next 12 months Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided.

Service Requests on versions 1.0.x and 1.1.x will no longer be accepted after April 30, 2014. Service Requests under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, April 30, 2014. TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Web and available hot fixes will continue to be available from the TIBCO Product Support ftp server to all customers beyond the retirement date.
