TIBCO is officially ending support for release 1.3.x of TIBCO ActiveMatrix BPM.

Support for versions of TIBCO Business Studio – BPM Edition (version 3.5.3 and 3.5.5) included with this version of ActiveMatrix BPM will also end when used with ActiveMatrix BPM. This notice does not affect this version of TIBCO Business Studio – BPM Edition when used as part of TIBCO iProcess Developer or TIBCO iProcess Engine.

This action will take effect on October 31, 2015. The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO eDelivery Site (http://edelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.

During the next 12 months Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided.

Service Requests on version 1.3.x will no longer be accepted after October 31, 2015. Service Requests under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, October 31, 2015. TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from TIBCO Support Central and available hot fixes will continue to be available from the server mft.tibco.com to all customers beyond the retirement date.
