TIBCO is officially ending support for release  5.1.x and 5.2.x of TIBCO (R) Adapter for JDE OneWorld Xe. This action will take effect on Jul 31, 2012.  Although the 5.1.x and 5.2.x releases of this product are already obsolete per our standard support policy, the purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (http://download.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.

During the next 12 months, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided. Defect corrections will be considered for critical defects with no workarounds.  

Service Requests on 5.1.x and 5.2.x will no longer be accepted after July 31, 2012. Service Requests under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the above retirement date.

TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Web and existing hot fixes will continue to be available from the TIBCO Product Support ftp server to all customers beyond the retirement date.
