This notice is to inform all end users and partners that TIBCO is officially announcing the end of support for TIBCO BusinessWorks Collaborator 5.3.0.  This EOS action will take effect on April 15, 2010.


For most customers, version 5.3.0 is already outside of the "active support window" as per our standard support policy.  TIBCO BusinessWorks Collaborator 5.3.0 has been obsolete since Jan 2008.


The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you upgrade, as soon as possible, to a supported version of the product. At the time of this notification, TIBCO BusinessWorks Collaborator 5.5.1 is the currently shipping version of the product, and the supported versions are 5.4.0, 5.5.0 and 5.5.1


Service Requests on TIBCO BusinessWorks Collaborator 5.3.0 will no longer be accepted after the EOS date of April 15, 2010.
Please note that standalone version of TIBCO InConcert 7.1 that is embedded with TIBCO BusinessWorks Collaborator 5.3.0, will continue to be supported in accordance with the Support policy for TIBCO InConcert 7.1.
