This notice is to inform all end users and partners that TIBCO is officially announcing the end of support for TIBCO BusinessEvents 2.2.0.  This EOS action will take effect on Jan 15th, 2011.


For most customers, version 2.2.0 is already outside of the "active support window" as per our standard support policy.


The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you upgrade, as soon as possible, to a supported version of the product.


Service Requests on TIBCO BusinessEvents version 2.2.0 will no longer be accepted after the EOS date of Jan 15th, 2011.


No standard packages are being offered for Extended Support at this time.  However, if you have special circumstances, please discuss these circumstances with your TIBCO Account Executive.
